Our facility features the following:

• 100 gallon still with 5 plate column, gin basket. 
• State of the art 1600 gallon Still with 8 plate column, gin basket and advanced cuts technology that takes the head, hearts and tails cuts to a new level. 
• 90bbl to 120bbl fermentation tanks for whiskey, rum or agave washes. 
• Canning & Bottling Lines 
• Full equipped on site lab with Orbisphere, ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) Tester
